Remote support is where we log into your computer securely using our remote software, you will be asked to provide us with a login username and password, this will be shown clearly after downloading and installing our software.

What does our remote support service include?

Software installation (not operating systems).
Email setup in outlook, outlook express, windows mail.

How do i install the remote software?

You can download our remote support software from the bottom of this page, this is included in our monthly services, if you are on a pay as you go plan please click on the paypal link and we will be in touch with you, as to where you can download our remote support software.
If you already have the remote support software installed on your computer, please tell our representative your account number along with your problem.

Once clicked on the Remote Support icon please click run, once installed you will need to provide us with the username and password, this is so we can log into your PC / Laptop and help solve your problems.

Once you are happy that your problems have been resolved we will disconnect from your PC / Laptop leaving you to enjoy your working computer.
