Here's the break down of what everything means in home package one.
PC / Laptop Reload.
- Is your computer running slow?
- Got Viruses you cannot remove?
- Blue screen and doesn't boot?
Your pc will be reloaded, (this means restored back to its factory settings), we will back up all your documents and virus scan them to ensure your pc is returned virus free, we cannot restore any software installed ie Microsoft Office / Norton Internet Security, unless you provide your software installation disks.
Your computer / Laptop will need to be dropped off to us, or use our collect and return service for only £9.99.

48 Hour Turn Around
We offer a 48 hour PC return service, so if your computer has been booked in for a reload of hardware installation we do our best to have it returned to you in full working order within 48hours, should there be a problem we will contact you at every stage to keep you up to date with progress.

We offer all of the above for just £5.99 a month on a FAIR USAGE POLICY for the first computer.
