This is where we will remotely login to your computer / Laptop and remove temporary files, unwanted programs and a Hard Drive Defrag to speed up your Computer / Laptop.

- Got Viruses you cannot remove?
- Blue screen and doesn't boot?
Your pc will be reloaded, (this means restored back to its factory settings), we will back up all your documents and virus scan them to ensure your pc is returned virus free, we cannot restore any software installed ie Microsoft Office / Norton Internet Security, unless you provide your software installation disks.
Your computer / Laptop will need to be dropped off to C-Sure , or use our collect and return service for only £9.99.
